Removing your Contact Lens – Step 1
You will find it easier to remove your contact lens if you first put a few drops of OPTI-FREE REWETTING DROPS® into your eyes.

 
Open your eye as wide as possible and look up. Put the tip of your index finger lightly on the contact lens and slide it down on the white of the eye.
Step 2
Carefully press the lens together with thumb and index finger and – with caution – remove it from your eye.
Clean the removed contact lens immediately as recommended by your contact lens practitioner.
